So yesterday the kids brought home their report cards. I opened Taylor's first I knew his would be good and I was right he got 5 A's 1 A- and 1 B. Wat to go Tay. Then it was Caitlyn's turn I was a little worried about this one but she got 4 A's and 2 A-'s and 1 C- oops we will be working harder in Social Studies this next term. Then it was Cassidy's turn As I started to open hers I said a little prayer, then pulled it out and read it as I did I began to cry. Then Cassi sat down by me and said "Is it that bad Mom?" I said no Cass you got straight A's. She looked at it and she began to cry then she said "I did it Mom I did it." Yes she did this is exactly what she needed. Right now she is struggling with self confidence and self worth . But I believe that all changed as she saw her grades. I am so glad for a teacher this year who truly cares for each one of the students and is willing to bend to life then up. Thank you AMY. We love you. So last night I let Cassi get her own Ice cream she put on half the thing of whip cream, but that was it Ice cream and whip cream no chocolate? She is crazy but I am so proud of her i am proud of ALL three of my kids they work hard each day to get their homework done most days without complaining. So here is a pic of Cassidy's report card. Way to go Love bug.

So as you can see the O's are her A's One O- or A- but this is so Awesome ! I can't quite express my feelings about it. If you had a child with Dyslexia you might know how I feel. Last year she struggled so mush that at the end of the year she asked if she could repeat the 1st grade. So for her to go from failing everything to getting straight A's is a dream come true.
