Happy New Years!!!
I hope that your New Years started better then ours did.
So Saturday We thought It was time to fix the small bathrooms toilet. So Mike started on that it was not going to well. This house is so much fun to try to fix up :( Then Mike had to stop half way through fixing it do to the fact that tonight Mike, Taylor, Glasses Grandpa, (Mikes dad) Quinn, Brandon, and Uncle Mike had tickets to the BYU Basketball game. So the girls and I went to a movie. We all got home around 8:30. Then we sat around for awhile and talked, then everyone went home, we got the kids to bed. I had to run to the store for noddles for dinner on Sunday. When I got home I went to get some water out of the fridge but it did not work so I opened the freezer and saw that the ice was starting to melt. Mike had said something about the milk beaning warm but I did not look into it. So needless to say the fridge was no longer working. So we took everything out of the fridge and put it in the garage and put everything that was in the freezer in the big freezer on the back porch.
Sunday we started our new time witch I hate this time 2:00-5:00. I got a new calling as well and started that. (the ward chorister) Wish I would have said no to this one.

So Monday morning kids go back to school. YES!!!! And I get back to work with the day care. With only one working bathroom remember. But I get a call from Mike that morning telling me that the garage door is broken. SO I have to call someone to come fix the fridge and the garage door. Then in the early morning after I get kids off to school and the day care settled back in the cable goes out but only the kid channels? I don't know? Then my computer is beaning really really slow, so I can't get on it without sitting for twenty Min's just to try to get into my email. ugh. Then as I am cleaning the living room I notice that we are missing a fish in the fish tank. And I take a closer look and yes there it is at the bottom of the tank dead. By this point of the day I said Lord please no more I can't take anymore. Then I look out side and yes we have Snow lots of it. I hate snow. So I go out to shovel it. There was about 4-5 inches by the time I finish I could have started all over again. By the end of the day I had shoveled 3 times and when Mike got home at 6:30 he shoveled again. We got about a foot or so. So here it is Tuesday morning and I have a working fridge again and a working second bathroom. YEAH. Now it is the garage door's turn. All I can say is oh boy HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! So much for trying to save money this year.......

Christmas.

Christmas this year we decided to go Simple. We had a great day To start us off the kids came in about 5:00 am and asked is it time? I said groggily NO. Then they came in again at 6:00 and again I said NO. but then at 7:30 they were up playing and laughing hard. so Mike and I said ok It's time to get up. So here is a pic of the kids as the went into the living room.
Oh what can I say Taylor in our little comedian. Love him anyway. then they look at what Santa brought them. All got their own MP3 players and Santa down loaded some songs just for them. Thanks Santa's the best gift ever.

Then we started to open the gifts under the tree. The best was Cassi who opened the gift from Opah. This pic is priceless. Thanks Opah.

Then we got dressed and showered and went to the movies this will become a tradition I do believe it was so fun and it broke up the day. We saw Bed time stories. Great movie. A must see for all. the we headed up to my moms to eat and to open more gifts with Great Grandma and Grandpa doc. Grandma Pat made aprons for all the girls in the family here are only some of us. There are 8 others she made. She is amazing. love her. all in all it was great. Love spending time with Family. I hope you all had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year
